The theory ini this research is tourism components which is consist of Attraction, Accesibility and Amenities. As the objectives, this research studies whether or not the tourism components which should be fulfill in atourist atraction has been fulfilled in Danau Perintis Tourit Attraction. The objectives of this research is to figure out the fulfillment of tourism components at Danau Perintis Tourist Attraction and to formulate the steeps in order to build Danau Perintis Tourist Attraction as the economical locomotive of the local community. This study is expected to give an overview about the efforts made in order to redevelop human resource as a way of reconstructing the tourism industry in Indonesia after the pandemic situation in the era of society 5.0. On the other hand, the challenges are also faced by the government and entrepreneurs, especially when giving directions to the policy they made. The findings of this study reported that the Indonesian government made some programs to develop human resources in this industry, such as giving suitable training and workshops to the agencies they sent. These articles were analyzed using three steps of qualitative analysis, namely data classification, verification, and conclusion drawing. Five articles that represent the situation were taken from the national journals. This literature review aims to document the efforts of the Indonesian government in making the tourism industry recover as well as the challenges they faced. Therefore, after the pandemic disappeared as today, all parties must hand-in-hand make efforts to recover this field. Tourism industry is one of the sectors that is badly hit by the covid 19 pandemic. Including improving governance, infrastructure, and cleanliness of tourist attractions as an effort to develop the Malahayu Reservoir destination. In addition, to improve the image of the destination, it can be done by developing regional cultural activities and attractions in tourist areas. From the results of this study, provide recommendations to local governments and tourism managers to improve the quality of facilities in tourist areas and improve access road conditions to tourist attractions that have been damaged. However, the facilities and word of mouth variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the revisit intention of tourists to the Malahayu Reservoir Tourist Attraction. Meanwhile, the accessibility variable does not partially affect revisit intention.
Partially, the image of the destination has a positive but not significant effect on revisit intention. The results obtained from data analysis, namely simultaneously the destination image, facilities, accessibility, and word of mouth variables have a significant effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data that had been collected. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique.
This study aims to identify whether the image of the destination, tourist facilities, accessibility, and word of mouth affect the revisit intention of tourists to the Malahayu Reservoir Tourist Attraction.
